Please note that cancellations can only be processed if the donation or membership period has not yet commenced.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items and Donations: Some items and donations may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
One-time donations that have already been allocated to projects or programs
Event tickets or registration fees after the event has taken place
Customized or personalized items
