From securing a unique name to obtaining Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) and Director Identification Numbers (DINs), every step in the incorporation process has been meticulously executed. With the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), we're officially recognized, empowering us to pursue our charitable mission. Our Darpan ID, obtained through registration on the Darpan portal maintained by NITI Aayog, further solidifies our legitimacy and enhances our transparency in social welfare activities. Obtaining 80G certification further enhances our credibility and sustainability by qualifying us for tax exemptions, enabling us to amplify our efforts in social welfare. Additionally, securing 12A certification enables us to receive tax exemptions on our income, facilitating our financial stability and expanding our capacity to serve the community.
